I help people solve problems, clear confusion and get my clients to a different place in their personal and professional lives.

I have a signature approach. There is no “how does that make you feel,” in our conversations. If I have been listening, I know how you feel. I will tell you if how you think about what you feel is moving you forward or setting you back. 

You and I become partners. We are part of the same team. It is my business to help you get what you want and need the most and feel worthy of all of it.

Time and life experience matters. The average coach is between 20-30 years old. I put myself through school, marriage, divorce, raised a highly successful human being, ran several small businesses, written several books, been asked to speak in front of companies, experienced pain, loss, fear, failure, abuse, disappointment and joy in amongst all of it.

I am an advocate for women wanting to lead an independent and abundant life in spite of circumstance, perceived limitations, fear or age. I am 61.

Most people lead mediocre lives. They are stuck. They have put everyone else first and their dreams on pause…if they even remember what they were. They have settled. Not my clients.

It is my goal to help you have complete clarity, a clear sense of purpose and meaning, unwavering confidence in yourself, achieve financial independence and security, become a remarkable leader of your own life, and be able to maintain .your new choices in an unwavering community of grace, authenticity, humor, trust and friendship.

I do not use any canned lessons or strategies. My approach will be tailored to meet your personality, your needs, wants and goals. 

I will not tell you what you want to hear. I will not give you unconditional approval. That is what owning a dog is for. I will tell you what you need to hear so you can move forward. I will hold you accountable and expect exceptional results from you.

I will be attentive and you will have access to me. I will be on time and respect your time. However, I am not accessible 24/7. I have learned to log off and out. I have a personal life and I expect you to have the same boundaries. Once we work together, it is my intention that we will always be in consistent communications. You can’t get rid of me that easily…

The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is whether we work together or not.
